Brunus Busines Development Solutions Model (BDSM)
BDSM Framework
This adaptable framework supports decision making by combining systems engineering principles with business development models.
BDSM Desciption
The BDSM is a process model that BPS will use to conduct business development opportunities for the Client/Customer. The Systems Engineering V-Model is used as a basis for this strategy. The Systems Engineering V-Model is a linear, V-shaped lifecycle framework that pairs development phases (left side) with corresponding testing phases (right side) to ensure rigorous verification and validation of the business unit or project. It emphasizes tracking requirements from conception to acceptance, and is ideal for complex, high-reliability projects.
Business Assessment Key Components
Key Components of the leveraged V-Model are: Left Side (Decomposition/Design): Business Assessment & Opportunities, Gap Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Business Design Solutions, Detailed Component Design. Bottom (Implementation/Small-Scale Lunch): Business Unit Construction and Integration. Right Side (Verification/Full-Scale Lunch): Integration Testing and verification, Acceptance Testing and Validation. The following sections describes process steps in the BDSM.
Brunus Risk Management activities utilize an established framework, processes, and tools required to identify, assess, treat, and monitor risks associated with the development, incorporation, and full-scale implementation of a new business unit (BU) or project within a startup or an existing company.
